What are Soul Fragments?

Soul fragments are essentially a piece of your energetic blueprint or puzzle.

As you go through your day and use your energy with different actions or interactions, each instance leaves a piece of your energy there, and depending on how that interaction went, that energy can either be dense or high frequency.

This is a way you may be giving your power away without even realizing it. It is good to get into the practice of releasing and calling back all fragments that you obtain and misplace throughout the day, throughout time and space. This ensures that you have all of your energy and are sovereign.

 

To recall your soul fragments and return those that aren’t yours:

“Source, if it’s in my highest good, please release any fragments I may have obtained that aren’t mine, and return all my fragments to me that are scattered throughout realms, time, and space. Cleanse, heal, purify, and transmute the energy, and return to the correct owners with understanding, love, light, and forgiveness.”
