The Perfect Cube
​
Pull energy from your heart center around you, to make a 360* box surrounding you. Say, “this is my impenetrable cube, nothing can penetrate it without my permission.” Visualize gold light from your heart chakra filling the cube.
Aura Bubble
​
Visualize each chakra emitting colored light. Red from the root chakra at your tailbone. Orange from the sacral chakra at your navel. Yellow from the solar plexus chakra under your ribs. Green from the heart chakra at the center of your chest. Blue from the throat chakra in your neck. Violet from the third eye chakra at your brow. White from the crown chakra at the top of your head. Starting at the crown, send that light around you like a bubble. Follow with each chakra, creating a multilayered rainbow bubble of protection around you.
Elemental Armor

Choose an element you resonate most deeply with: earth, air, fire, water, or metal. Visualize that element coming out of your skin, all over your body, until it creates a thick armor. Bonus points for adding special elements like Iron Man’s suit. Say, “nothing can breach my armor.”
