Sitting in the Power Meditation


  • The power is your own energy, your aura

  • Sitting in the power opens our energy and makes us sensitive to the around us, meeting us with the power of spirit

  • Sitting in the power is a meditative practice to sit and feel your own extended energy, to help us become passive and receptive, to help us surrender and let go

  • Sitting in the power gives time for the spirit world to help you develop

  • Very little mental activity is the goal; just let it happen

  • Can feel different ways - follow the power and let it inspire you and lead

  • The power has intelligence and changes or morphs as needed in each experience

  • Try to sit in the power multiple times each week
