What are Energy Cords?

Energetic cords are one way that energy exchange occurs.

Some energetic cords are in the highest good, some are not.

How do we tell? With an energetic cord, location is everything.

Cords that are located in your solar plexus are usually in the highest good and an equal energy exchange.

Cords that are located in the upper shoulders and lower back are not an equal energy exchange and can be removed.

To remove energetic cords that are not in the highest good:

"Source, if it’s in the highest good, please remove the energetic cords that are no longer serving me, cleanse heal and purify the energy within the cord, and pull the remnants of the cord to the rightful owners at this time. Please set a boundary so that the cord cannot reattach, for the good of all and harm of none."

What happens once you remove the cord?

Once the energy cord is removed, the other person may reach out due to them suddenly experiencing an absence of your energy and wanting to reattach. If person is still in your life, the energy will become less of a tug and pull/less explosive emotions, and a more equal energy exchange.

Deciphering the energetic relationship based on cord color:

Twin flame - Gold, cannot be removed

Soul Mate - Blue

Soul/Star Family - Purple

Karmic unhealed/Not in the highest good - Black

Karmic healed - Silver
